Hello! We do not offer refunds on any items/products sold. We do accept returns on the "Sugar Kookie Shaper" ONLY via store credit on the return of a "Sugar Kookie Shaper for an exchange. All other products from this website are non-returnable & non-refundable and final sale. Returns for store credit (Sugar Kookie Shaper only) are to be completed within 14 days from date of delivery. Returning for a store credit is an EASY 2 step process! Please enter the information requested below to submit your request.
